【Improvement of headache by aligning skull】毎日あった頭痛が頭部の調整で改善

Miss. A has been having headache since she was small. Her headache sometimes becomes so bad that she cannot even concentrate in school. Her mother obviously worries, and took her to many hospitals to check, but they could not find anything from MRI, CT and blood tests. She was prescribed pain killer.

"I don't know what is wrong with my child. I was introduced your place from a friend of mine, and here we are. We would like you to take a look." says the mother.

"OK. I will check where she has large contortions. Miss. A, how often do you have headache, and where?" I asked her.

"Well, it starts when I wake up in a morning. Around my temples are usually in pain as if they were tighten so hard."

I started to check, and found large contortions on her skull, and the level of her right and left cheeks were not even. She does not remember any injuries or bruises, and I had to read contortions from her body.

When I was checking her skull, I found a slight scar in her chin. "Do you remember this scar, Miss. A?"

"Oh, yeah. I was little, maybe 5 years old. "

Her mother also said, "Well, when she was little, she slipped, and had a few stitches. But could it be relevant?" She was wondering.

"Yes. When your body receive impact of some sort, your bones make contortions to make a balance of the body. For Miss. A's case, the impact on her chin made her skull contorted, which resulted in the uneven cheek. Do you see here?" I asked her to see the difference by putting my fingers in right and left sides of her cheeks.

"Oh, yes, I see the difference between right and left side."

"This contortion can be the cause of her headache, so I will start working from her skull."

I aligned her skull, especially the line related to jar to adjust her cheek line. Then I worked on related ribs and sacrum.

When she came here for her second session a week later, I asked her how often she had headache.

"After the first session, I did not have headache for about 3 days! Then, headache came back again. Does this mean that the skull went back again?", she asked.

"I think that you still have headache because there are still contortions on your cheek line. But as we do more alignment, the contortions will become smaller, so your headache should improve."

The more she comes, the less her headache ocurred.

"I cannot believe that I had such a serious headache before, which I don't at all these days. I am enjoying my time with friends!"

In the beginning she was a little worried because her headache did not go right away. But after each session, she has realized how good she feels, and gradually her pain was improved. It took her about 3 months, and now she doesn't have headache at all even during a bad weather.

【Pain in legs: improved by aligning tibia, fibula and skull】足の痛み、大きくゆがみのあるケイ骨ヒ骨、頭部の調整で緩和

Ms. K comes on a weekly basis, and it has been about a month since she started.
She came the other day with pain in her legs, "I have been feeling so much better these days, so I walked for long hours, and now my calves are in pain."

She has got bow-legs, there are large contortions on her tibia and fibula, and her pelvis is tilted. Under such conditions, walking long hours was excessive activity, and had an impact in her legs.

"Pain, dull, pinching a nerve, I don't know how to describe, but it feels unpleasant. Will you please fix that?"

Her original complaint was difficulty breathing. I have aligned her skull and ribs mainly by last week, and the conditions has been improved so far. "I did not feel the change at all in the beginning, but now I know that I will feel better after each session."

This time, I worked mainly lower part of her body.

"I hit my legs all the time. I find bruises without knowing when they happened.", says Ms. K.

I aligned mainly #4 line, her pelvis tilted like parallelogram, femur which was placed inward, tibia and fibula.

"I feel a bit better, but still uncomfortable." says Ms. K, and I finished with her skull #4.

She was still feeling the discomfort after the session, but by the time she was to leave, "Well, I think it better now. Yes, they are fine (as making a couple of steps). Thank you so much!"

"I am so happy that every time I come, I feel better." says Ms. K with a big smile.

She comes here every week, therefore, the speed of improvement has been accelerating.

【Less pain in hip joint, and liver condition improved 】股関節の痛みも減り、肝臓の数値まで下がった

Mr. A has been coming to our place because of his dull pain in his hip joint. His other symptoms include gout, fatty liver, which shows outside the normal range.

The pain in his hip joint is chronic. He sometime had swollen fingers in his toes, and couldn't even walk. Due to these conditions, he came to our place, and it has been a year and a half.

In the earlier time, when he got up from the table, and sat down, he was always covering his hip joint with his hand due to the pain. "I have never had any damage on my buttocks, and no accident, so the pain must be because of aging..." said Mr. A.

It is common for many of our clients to say that there's no history of bruise, and so did Mr. A. I started to align his body from large contortions, and I was continuously looking for some hints from the conversation we had.

"Did you play any sports when you were a student?" I asked one time.

"Many! Gymnastics like mat movement, vaulting box, and balance beam..." he said.

"During practice, you must have had lots of bruises. Any stories?"

"Many!! I made a bad landing from trampoline, and hit my buttocks and head really hard. It was so painful...But it did not become bruises, and I was fine the next day."

The more we talked, the more stories of his injured history came out.

"Mr. A, those things are what we call history of bruises. They might not be a big accident or broken bones, but those impacts could make your bones contorted."

"Really? Then everyone must have many!"

"Sure, everyone including myself makes contortions without knowing it. It depends on how large the contortions are till you start having some uncomfortableness in your body. "

"I see."

"Your pain in the hip joint might be related to the incident which you his your buttocks and head. Let's start."

Sacrum, hip joint, lumbar vertebra, ribs, and skull, there are many contortions need to be aligned in his case. It has been a long time since the contund as he was a student, so contortions in his body largely remain.

I aligned to loosen up his body within limited time. Since his contortions were large, it took a while for him to actually feel the pain in his hip joint was improving. He could feel that he relaxes, and his body gets lighter after the sessions.

6 months had passed, and he had complained the pain from gout anymore.

"How is your gout these days, Mr. A?"

"Well, no pain at all."

As more sessions proceeded, he began to get up from the bed without trouble.

"My hip joint pain is improved so much recently! Still a bit of pain, but nothing like dull pain it used to be. Moreover, my recent check up showed improved condition of liver!"

It was such a happy news after a year and half. He doesn't feel pain when he sits for a long time at work now. I appreciate his patience which has kept him coming back to us for the past one year and half.

【High school athele's pain in hip joint】ソフトボールをしている高校生の股関節痛

Mr. A, a senior in high school plays softball in school. During the hard-core training before a big tournament, his hip joint started to hurt. The cause of the pain was from misalignment of his hip joint, which had occurred by sliding. Once it was aligned, his pain disappeared.

When he came to see us accompanied by his mother, he was dragging his feet. The mother said, "His hip joint started to hurt all the sudden since this morning, and he has been dragging his feet since."

"Tell me where it hurts", I asked.

"Around here", he was pointing round his right hip joint.

"I see. Have you had any bruises or something like that recently?"

"I don't think so."

"OK, I will check all of your body, and see what is causing the pain."

Mr. A slowly moved to a bed. I checked his body in standing, sitting, and prone positions, and I found that the right hip joint was placed inward.

"Mr. A, your right hip joint is placed inward. Maybe, this is because of sliding."

"Oh, yes, I did sliding yesterday."

"OK, now I will start aligning it."

I aligned the right hip joint and thighbone by pulling outward with HSTi equipments, and also sacrum, tailbone, and rib #6, which had contortions due to effect of contorted hip joint.
"Mr. A, how is it now?"

"I think that it is now less painful." says Mr. A, trying to move his body in many directions.

He came to see us the following day, too.

The mother says, "I was very surprised to see him walking normally after the session yesterday. But he still has some pain, so he took time off from the practice today. The tournament is in 5 days, do you think that he will be healed by then?"

"I cannot promise that, but aligning hip joint and its related bones will help to ease the pain and go away faster."

This time, I aligned hip joint, lumbar spine, rib and skull.

"How is it now?", I asked Mr. A after the second session.

"It is much better than whem I came today."

He left with his mother with much improved hip joint.

【Pain in upper & lower back and hip joint lighten by adjustment of sacrum 】背中、腰、股関節の痛み、仙骨の調整で軽減

Ms. A says she has pain in her upper and lower back, and hip joint.

"I have to carry heavy stuff at work, and it is very tense from neck to back. Back hurts really bad, and sometimes I cannot sleep at night due to the pain. Maybe my posture is not good, and hip joint also starts to feel pain recently."

I check her body, and see contortions on her shoulder blade, ribs, and pelvis. She works in a service industry. Summer is the high season, so that she has to work bearing the pain.

"I went to see a doctor because the pain was so bad, and the doctor told me that I have bad contortions in my skeletal structures. I was told to put cold-pack, but it doesn't make any better."

Ms. A had a car accident before, and had 40 stitches in her forehead then. In the past, she also fell on her buttocks, hurt her ligament. She has had some impacts on her body, and her pain started shortly after those.

"You had major brunt in your skull and sacrum, so I will start treating those areas. First, sacrum."

Right side of her buttocks were making twist laterally and posteriorly.

"Ms. A, is the pain in your hip joint on the right side?"

"How did you know?"

"When sacrum is contorted, hip joint, which is near sacrum, is also contorted. Hitting buttocks could be one of the reason."

"Maybe that is why I cannot sit for a long time..."

I treated her sacrum with one of HSTi equipments.

"Oh, it feels so goooood! When I sleep, I cannot sleep on my back. I feel that my body is not straight."

"Yes, that is because your sacrum has a large contortion, and the whole pelvis inclines. After sacrum is adjusted, it should improve your spine position."

I continued to adjust lumber spine, related ribs, and skull in the end to make her right and left side of skull equal height. After the session, she said, "I don't know what it was, but I feel good."

At her second visit, "Usually in a morning, my upper and lower back both hurt, so it takes a while for me to get up. But I put towel under my buttocks, just like you did last time, and I did not have any pain at all!!! I think that the pain in my hip joint is almost disappeared too."

"I am so happy to hear that! Contortions on your sacrum is smaller now, that might be why. OK, we start from your skull today."

There needs to be more adjustments on her case, but half of her original complaints are gone now. I would do my best for her to get pain free body, so that she can challenge whatever she wants to do.

【Wrist pain due to holding a baby】手首の痛み、原因は『だっこ』でした

Ms. A wondered if her wrist has tenontothecitis.
In HSTi, we check #7 line for tenontothecitis.

I aligned #7 in ribs, neck and skull, but the pain did not improve.

I asked her once again where exactly she has pain, and when it hurts. She had a strong pain around the base of the little finger. Extension of the little finger is ulna. I checked it, and there was a large twist.

The cause of her pain on her right hand was from twisted ulna due to holding her baby. I gently set the equipment to turn twisted ulna and radius for 10 minutes, and the pain was completely gone.

I suggested her to twist her wrist to an opposite way like stretching after she holds her baby.

HSTi simply realigns the bone structure to where it should be. We, Skeletal Structures Adjusters, just  find the contortions and align them. If you understand the theory, we sometimes tell our clients what they can do at home. HSTi is universal, and we hope that it will become widespread to the world.

【Backache after massage】 マッサージ後の腰痛

Ms. O in her 50's came to our place with her body stark and stiff.

"What happened? Did you strain your back?"
"I had a backache, so my husband did massage for me. Since he did massage on my left back with his leg, it's been funny. It was not that painful in the beginning, but the pain has become stronger, and now it is beyond tolerance."

Her husband always massages her body whenever her body, such as shoulder, back and leg, gets tired. She usually feels better afterward, but this time was different. Whenever she moves, sitting in a chair and getting on the bed, pain attacks her.

Originally the pain was only on left side of her back, but after a week, now all of her back was in strong pain.

From the pelvis and sacrum, left side was contorted. The sacrum was laterally contorted to the right side. The shoulder and back were very tense in order to balance out the whole body.

Since she was in such a strong pain, I applied ROLL to unwind, then worked on her left pelvis, and sacrum #2, which was causing a strong pain.

By the end of the session, the pain was eased, so that she could even smile.

"Oh, the pain is much better now, thank you so much!"

The massage resulted her in pain in her back. It is possible that by pressuring her back with his ankle, her back made larger contortions. Unfortunately the husband's kind intention did not relax her muscle, but made contortions of her skeletal structure.

When I was a little, I used to stand on my father's back or leg to massage. Thinking back that time now, I was too light to make contortions, and it was not helpinf my father's body at all.

Here are the suggestions I made to Ms. O
 - Massage should be done lightly just to relax muscle
 - Never push too hard
 - Never push where it hurts

"I was doing totally opposite thinking it would work. I will never do those again." says Ms. O.

She came again on the following day.
She still feels the pain, but not as strong, and there was a big improvement from yesterday.

The longer the time passes, the longer it will take to get better, because the area of pain and inflammation will expand over time.

If you feel something funny, please come and see us as soon as possible.

【Headache while wearing braces went away 】歯並矯正時によくおこる頭痛が無くなりました

Ms. S recently started orthodontics.
She got her tooth extracted, and every time she gets her braces tighten with wire, headache and shoulder pain become severe.

When I checked her body, her jaw, skull and cervical vertebrae had large contortions. When tooth removed or tighten with wire, not only an upper and a lower jaw, but skull and cervical vertebrae will also make contortions to make balance, which results in various cases such as headache and/or shoulder pain.

I aligned her skull and jaw, and related cervical vertebrae and ribs. After the session, the knot of pain in the head was gone, and the shoulder pain was improved.

Uncomfortable conditions during orthodontics such as headache, shoulder pain etc. can improve by adjusting the skeletal structure.
Ms. S is going to be even more beautiful with orthodontics, and I am very much looking forward to it!

【Tailbone ache caused from falling on buttocks 】坐骨が痛くて座れなかった原因は尻もちでした

"I fell on my buttocks the other day, and since then it is too painful to sit on a hard chair." A client explains. The hip joint also is painful when she walks.

"Did it make large contortions on my bones?" she looked worried because of the severe conditions. When she fell, she only hit the left side of her buttocks on the floor, and pain was only on the side.

I checked her body, and found contortions on sacrum, hip joint, and tailbone. So I started to align in order to put all those bones back in their place, and related ribs as well.

"Don't you feel pain here?" I asked her while putting a pressure on a lower rib.

"Yes, it hurts! But why? Around the area feels strange since yesterday."

"When you hit the buttocks, the ribs will also make contortions to make balance."

After the session, she could sit on a chair, no pain.

"Well, it doesn't hurt at all! I feel so relieved."

There are always causes for your pain and conditions. We, Skeletal Structure Adjusters find those causes of your conditions.

【Acute stomachache and nausea caused from contortions of ribs 】激しい胃の痛みと、吐き気で水も飲めない!原因は肋骨の変形でした!

"I have acute stomachache and nausea, and I cannot even drink water!" This client comes every week regularly.

"Since when?", I asked.

"This morning! It was all the sudden!"

"Did you hit somewhere or do something?"

"Nothing"

OK, then the session started.

"Ribs below your chest have contortions as if they were knocked up from below.  Didn't you fall off the bike or anything?"

"Knocking up from below??? Bicycle!? Oh, yesterday evening on the way back from grocery shopping, a person walking in front of me stopped suddenly. I tried not to hit the person, and put on the brake quickly, and then hit my chest on the end of the handlebar!"

"So, you did hit your chest!"

"But I did not fall off, and it was not that bad, I did not have bruises either."

"Our body is REALLY well made. Even a bump can make contortions on your skeletal structure in order to balance the body. You did not even think of the connection between nausea and a bump, did you? But the place you hit was an upper part of the stomach."

"I see...Well, I don't feel have nausea anymore after the session. So I totally believe it! As you said, the stomach is surrounded by ribs, so I will be careful from now on, even a slight bump!"
"Yeah, if you know the cause, it will be easier to be treated!!!"

【Headache】【Pain in the eyes】 頭痛、目の痛み

Client: Ms. M, a student who is expecting a big exam next year.

It started from a light headache last year, and since this year the ache has increased and she has pain even behind the eyes. She went to see a doctor and got CT and MRI scan, but they did not find anything. Often when she gets headache, she can not concentrate in her classes.

She fell down from a stroller when she was two, and hit left side of her skull.
She hit her butt hard when she slipped while playing in a river, she was an elementary school kid. These are two major bruises she and her mother remembered.

With these information, I checked contortions of her whole body, and started to align.

At the first session, I aligned her pelvis, tail bone, skull and ribs. She did not have a headache that day, so I asked her to see how she is until the next appointment.

After the second session, she said, "I don't see much of change. I still have pain."

After the third, and fourth sessions, she still did not feel any improvement. I focused on searching the original cause of the contortions...I aligned mainly her skull where she had many contusions, highly likely the causes.

A day before her fifth session, her mother called me and said, "My daughter usually has terrible menstrual cramp, and always take a painkiller, but this time, she did not have to take it. She looked uncomfortable telling it to you, so I called. Her headache is improving since this week, and we are all very happy. "

She has had over 10 sessions so far, and her treatment has still been continued. She has less pain, less time, and her headache which she was dealing almost everyday, happens now only once a week or less.

She did not feel the improvement in the beginning, but she believed in us and kept coming. I really appreciate it.

【Pain in shoulder and arm from contortion of an index finger】なかなかとれなかった肩、腕の痛み

Client: Ms. H in her 40's who could not lift her arm during a classical ballet lesson

"I can lift till here, but from here...ouch!!!"

She could not lift her arm when she was trying to do some of the ballet move. She had pain from shoulder to elbow, saying "Because of this pain, changing clothes is big time."

"Didn't you fall or hit somewhere?", I asked.
"Not that I can think of, and I don't put myself in awkward posture, so cannot think of any reason."  Ms. H is very conscious about her posture not to make any contortions, and she takes very good care of herself.

She has history of many injuries, and there were twist on her collar bone and arm, so that I aligned those bones adjusting the balance of the whole body. I aligned all the bones number 2-6-9-12, which is related to the shoulder.

"Around my elbow is fine, shoulder feels better, and I can move more, but still hurt..."

Pain in the arm improved, but she still had pain in shoulder and around her upper arm. Then Ms. H overheard another Skeletal Structure Adjuster was talking to another client that even a injury on a finger could make contortions of the skeletal.

Ms. H said, "Well, now I remember that I put palm of my hand on the pole, and put all of my weight to it. Does it has something to do with contortion? "

"Of course, finger is connected to your body, too!!! That must be it!"

I checked her fingers, and found contortion in the base of her index finger.
"It is here, isn't it, where you put all of your weight?"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, yes!"

"It is related to your shoulder, bone #2. I am going to align it!"

While adjusting her index finger, she said "Wow, I did not have a clue that a finger has something to do with contortion. Now I am feeling something in my shoulder!"

After the adjustment, she tried to put her arms up, "Ohhhh!!! I can lift now! Feels much better!"

"The cause was the twist on your finger and arm when you put all of your weight pressure."

"Well, FINGER!!! Who would have thought of that!"

The cause of contortions sometimes can be somewhere you would never think of.

【Shoulder pain】【Neck pain】【Rhinitis】肩こり、首痛、鼻炎

Client: Male in his 30's

Main conditions: pains in shoulder and neck

He has hit his shoulder about 6 months ago, since then, he is in pain.
I checked his entire body, and started from his side skulls, which had large contortions. 10 minutes later, he says, "My nose is clear now. I am so happy, feel very good. Does skull adjustment make rhinitis go away?" He seems very surprised. After that, I aligned shoulder (original causes of contortions), then ribs and neck.

After the session, he was able to move his neck more easily saying, "Feel much better now. Thank you very much. I am so happy that not only neck condition is improved, but also rhinitis is gone."

Aligning one contortion may improve conditions of other various issues, and also only one contortion can make contortions in various related bones overtime, which may result in making various discomfort to your health.

It is rare not to fall or hit on something at all in your life. We recommend everyone to come see us for maintenance before it becomes a pain or a serious issue.

【Back pain】腰痛

Client: Mr. T in his 20's

"I was introduced by my mother's friend. My back hurts really bad, and I would like to make an appointment ASAP. Any time available today?"

Mr. T is a hairdresser. Since he hit his legs and back at a bike accident 3 years ago, he has had painful back. When he gets really busy and tired, the conditions of his back gets worse ,and it is difficult to wash customers' hair, and sometimes he just cannot go to work because of backache.

At standing position, the levels of pelvis, right and left were very different, so a belt around his waist slanted.

He got his legs wallops, which was also a cause of his backache.

"You must be having such a pain, just standing must not be easy for you."

"Sure, I am glad that you understand...My boss and colleagues think I am just being weak."

At the very first session, I aligned contortions of pelvis, sacrum, and both legs.
Afterward he said, "I can feel that my weight is on my both legs equally, and my back feels lighter."

He still comes for adjustment, and his conditions are getting better.

【Back pain during pregrancy 】妊娠中の腰痛

Mrs. N is in her 30's and has two boys. All of her family come for adjustment. Originally she came because she had chronic shoulder pain and contortions of jaw.

She came back for the first time in one year saying, "My back is hurting. I am 4 month pregnant. I had back pain when I was pregnant with older boys, and here comes again...I came here today because I heard HSTi can be done for pregnant women, too."

"Congratulations! Sure, you will be fine, I will take care of you till your full term."

First session (4 months)
She could still lay down on her prone position, and I aligned her pelvis, sacrum #3, hip joint, and ribs. The pain on the right side of sacrum disappeared after.

Second session (7 months)
Her belly was getting bigger. She happily said, "it is becoming a really big with the third one."

Belly was sticking out and chest was strained as baby gets bigger, and that makes harder for her back and sacrum. She was feeling pains in her back and sacrum.

This time, she laid on her back, and I aligned sacrum #1, #3, and #5 slowly. As she mentioned she's got runny nose, I also aligned her nose.

Third session (7 months)
"Today, I feel queasy, shoulder is tense, and a bit of pain in right back. But nose stopped running completely since the last session. I am amazed!"

It looked like her big belly was pressing her stomach, which made her feel queasy. I aligned ribs mainly, releasing twisted upper and lower ribs.

A few days later, she called me, "my queasy feeling was gone from the following day! Thank you."

Fourth session (8 months)
"Things were fine till yesterday. I feel queasy again, and pain in back, and a bit swollen. Maybe because I was sitting for a long time?!"
She put on some weight, and it was a bit of work to move around. During pregnancy, Doctors advice to be careful with your weight gain, no more then 10kg. But many women put on more than 10kg...I, myself, put on quite a bit of weight when I was pregnant, and was hard on my lower body. Legs were swollen, sore muscle, cramped, and very tiring to go up and down the stairs.

I aligned sacrum, hip joint, and ribs while sitting position and laying on her back.

Two months later
She delivered a fine baby boy, the third one!
I heard that it did not take that long, and was very easy labor.

A birth of new life makes everybody around happy.

It is my wish to support and watch over mothers, babies and children through skeletal structures adjustment.

【Shoulder pain】【Back pain】肩痛/腰痛

I would like to introduce you about our very very lucky client whose pain had gone after aligning just one part of the skull.

Condition: pain when lifting the right shoulder, pain when bending the body backward

Both of the side skull had made large contortions due to a car accident he had experienced before, and the contortion made another contortions on the related parts of ribs and sacrum. That is why he had those pain.
Because the cause of the pain was very obvious, I started aligning his skull. I asked him to stand up after, and to see how he feels.

"Well, there's no more pain!!!"

He seems very surprised.

Knowing the original cause of the contortion makes things smoother, faster to improve. If you have pain in your body, try to recall your bruises in the past. You might find an answer.

【Side ache 】脇腹痛

"About a week ago, I was skating and fell. Afterward I have been having ache in my right side. I got X-ray taken, but no crack. In addition,  my throat is dry since 3 days after the falling, my feet and hands are cold too. I am not feeling well afterward."

"How did you fall?"

"I was trying to avoid hitting a kid, and rolled over my body having my bended arm attached to my side."

Having heard the situation rang bells to me! Humerus and cervical vertebra are related. He hit his arm which resulted dry throat. His hands and feet are cold because blood was not circulating enough to end because his neck is contorted. He had large contortions in his lower ribs, so as his right arm.

"It is very painful when trying to stretch on the side and to bend my body, laying down is also painful."

Starting with very little roll, otherwise too painful, I aligned lower ribs,  fibula, right arm, side skull and cervical vertebra. The last roll, compared to the first one, was much bigger move, getting up from the bed, still slow, was more smooth.

"How do you feel?", I asked him.

He moved his body a little, and then "Well, I can move my body more, still have some pain, but much better, neck as well!"

"Good, there are several places where you hit your body, and I found large contortions!"

"I see, comparing right and left lower rib cage, there is dent on the right one."

"Yes! It is because you hit the area severely. The contortions are quite large, and your arm is still strained, so you would need more adjustments."

In his case, the contortions are large, so that he is going to come back again for more sessions.

【Numbness in leg】足の痺れ

Mr. A used to do martial art, and naturally had lots of injured history. When he came, his conditions were back pain, shoulder pain, eye strain, knee pain, numbness in right leg, pain in twist...

He has been twisted his both ankles, broken right leg, bruises in head, face, back, and lower back...

His body was leaning on to the right side, and toward front, and I could see lots of large contortions.

I started to work with his leg to try to get rid of the pain and numbness, which seems to be his major complaints by aligning lumber vertbra, lower rib and upper rib, and skull (related lines to the lumber and ribs), sacrum, right and left femurs, and right ankle.

I asked him to stand up when it is all done, then he goes, "Wow, I feel so light!"

When he came for the second time, he told me that there's no more numbness in his leg, and back pain is improved.

Think that your bones are like your bowl. When shocks are received by bruises and/or injuries, bones make contortions absorbing the shock in order to balance out the whole body, so that what is in the bowl, nerves and organs, will not be damaged. It is ideal to align the contortions right after they happens, and when not, our body balances out by making contortions of related  ones. It is obvious that more bruises and/or shocks you have, the more contortions (= pain in your body) you may have. However, when the contortions are aligned, pain disappears.

Align contortions of your skeletal structures to maintain healthy body. We, Skeletal Structures Adjusters, align your skeletal structures gradually and gently. We sincerely want to help more and more people to be happy with healthy body.

【Neck pain】【Migraine】首痛/偏頭痛

Client: Female in her 50's

Main cocerns: Neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, migraine

"I was introduced by a relative who is your client. I have severe neck pain, shoulder pain, and migraine..."

She had hit her head (top part) in a bathroom in the past, and her side skulls had large contortions.

"Did you hit your head quite hard?"

"Oh, yes!!!, and when I was little, I think that I have hit my head quite often. I do not know if they are related."

"Of course! Your old bruises remain in your bones as contortions, and that they will let you know where you have hit."

After our first session of aligning side skills, fibula, femur, sacrum #1, back skull #1, and rib #1, she goes, "My neck feels so much better! This is great!"

Because she hit her head quite hard, her neck bone had contortion to make balance. Her cervical vertebra #1 had a large contortion, but because the original cause was on her head, after having aligned her head, the neck contortion disappeared. Contortions on cervical vertebra tend to cause migraine, and in her case caused neck pain.

I told her that I think her migraine would be improved after the first session.

When she came back for her next session, she was saying, "My neck has not been better, and less migraine now!"
I did skull, rib, and cervical vertebra this time, and asked her to stand up.

"My head is feeling much better now! Neck feels absolutely fine as well! What was it before???"
Lately she has not have migraine, and her neck feels a bit of pain only after long hours of working at computer, but that also disappears soon after.

【Constipation】【Back ache】便秘/腰痛

Client: Ms. M in her 40's

Her original complains about her condition were back ache and shoulder ache. When I asked her other conditions, she was having serious constipation.

She had lameness around her waistline, and had also bellyache. The constipation sometimes continues for a week, and she was taking pills for it all the time.

"I have tried varieties of diets, supplements, tea, and so on, but none of them have worked so far, and I am almost giving up. Is constipation really improved by this?"

"Constipation is connected to contortions of lumbar vertebra. I know many people whose constipation have improved by aligning their contortions. Let's see!"

History of her injuries
Junior high school
   - Bruise below left knee cap by falling off bike
   - twisted both ankles by playing vollyball
High school
   - Bruise on left thigh by having metal poll fell over

The causes of her conditions were from those bruises mainly on her leg.

Bruises made contortion on her leg

   ↓
Whole skeletal structures (pelvis, sacrum, lumbar vertebra, rib, cervical vertebra, skull) balanced out = contortion
   ↓
Shoulder ache, back ache, constipation

I have adjusted twisted ankles, tibia, fibula, femur, sacrum, skull and rib to release contorted body slowly.

At her third visit, she happily said, "My back and shoulder pains are better, and moreover, I have a bowl movement every three day without taking pills! We continued our sessions afterward, and now she is pill free, no ache, no lameness, and the movement is happening almost everyday.

Here's her comments:
I originally came here just to improve my back ache. I did not even have a clue that the constipation was related!
