Client: Ms. H in her 40's who could not lift her arm during a classical ballet lesson
"I can lift till here, but from here...ouch!!!"
She could not lift her arm when she was trying to do some of the ballet move. She had pain from shoulder to elbow, saying "Because of this pain, changing clothes is big time."
"Didn't you fall or hit somewhere?", I asked.
"Not that I can think of, and I don't put myself in awkward posture, so cannot think of any reason." Ms. H is very conscious about her posture not to make any contortions, and she takes very good care of herself.
She has history of many injuries, and there were twist on her collar bone and arm, so that I aligned those bones adjusting the balance of the whole body. I aligned all the bones number 2-6-9-12, which is related to the shoulder.
"Around my elbow is fine, shoulder feels better, and I can move more, but still hurt..."
Pain in the arm improved, but she still had pain in shoulder and around her upper arm. Then Ms. H overheard another Skeletal Structure Adjuster was talking to another client that even a injury on a finger could make contortions of the skeletal.
Ms. H said, "Well, now I remember that I put palm of my hand on the pole, and put all of my weight to it. Does it has something to do with contortion? "

"Of course, finger is connected to your body, too!!! That must be it!"
I checked her fingers, and found contortion in the base of her index finger.
"It is here, isn't it, where you put all of your weight?"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, yes!"
"It is related to your shoulder, bone #2. I am going to align it!"
While adjusting her index finger, she said "Wow, I did not have a clue that a finger has something to do with contortion. Now I am feeling something in my shoulder!"
After the adjustment, she tried to put her arms up, "Ohhhh!!! I can lift now! Feels much better!"
"The cause was the twist on your finger and arm when you put all of your weight pressure."

The cause of contortions sometimes can be somewhere you would never think of.
