【Pain in upper & lower back and hip joint lighten by adjustment of sacrum 】背中、腰、股関節の痛み、仙骨の調整で軽減

Ms. A says she has pain in her upper and lower back, and hip joint.

"I have to carry heavy stuff at work, and it is very tense from neck to back. Back hurts really bad, and sometimes I cannot sleep at night due to the pain. Maybe my posture is not good, and hip joint also starts to feel pain recently."

I check her body, and see contortions on her shoulder blade, ribs, and pelvis. She works in a service industry. Summer is the high season, so that she has to work bearing the pain.

"I went to see a doctor because the pain was so bad, and the doctor told me that I have bad contortions in my skeletal structures. I was told to put cold-pack, but it doesn't make any better."

Ms. A had a car accident before, and had 40 stitches in her forehead then. In the past, she also fell on her buttocks, hurt her ligament. She has had some impacts on her body, and her pain started shortly after those.

"You had major brunt in your skull and sacrum, so I will start treating those areas. First, sacrum."

Right side of her buttocks were making twist laterally and posteriorly.

"Ms. A, is the pain in your hip joint on the right side?"

"How did you know?"

"When sacrum is contorted, hip joint, which is near sacrum, is also contorted. Hitting buttocks could be one of the reason."

"Maybe that is why I cannot sit for a long time..."

I treated her sacrum with one of HSTi equipments.

"Oh, it feels so goooood! When I sleep, I cannot sleep on my back. I feel that my body is not straight."

"Yes, that is because your sacrum has a large contortion, and the whole pelvis inclines. After sacrum is adjusted, it should improve your spine position."

I continued to adjust lumber spine, related ribs, and skull in the end to make her right and left side of skull equal height. After the session, she said, "I don't know what it was, but I feel good."

At her second visit, "Usually in a morning, my upper and lower back both hurt, so it takes a while for me to get up. But I put towel under my buttocks, just like you did last time, and I did not have any pain at all!!! I think that the pain in my hip joint is almost disappeared too."

"I am so happy to hear that! Contortions on your sacrum is smaller now, that might be why. OK, we start from your skull today."

There needs to be more adjustments on her case, but half of her original complaints are gone now. I would do my best for her to get pain free body, so that she can challenge whatever she wants to do.

【Wrist pain due to holding a baby】手首の痛み、原因は『だっこ』でした

Ms. A wondered if her wrist has tenontothecitis.
In HSTi, we check #7 line for tenontothecitis.

I aligned #7 in ribs, neck and skull, but the pain did not improve.

I asked her once again where exactly she has pain, and when it hurts. She had a strong pain around the base of the little finger. Extension of the little finger is ulna. I checked it, and there was a large twist.

The cause of her pain on her right hand was from twisted ulna due to holding her baby. I gently set the equipment to turn twisted ulna and radius for 10 minutes, and the pain was completely gone.

I suggested her to twist her wrist to an opposite way like stretching after she holds her baby.

HSTi simply realigns the bone structure to where it should be. We, Skeletal Structures Adjusters, just  find the contortions and align them. If you understand the theory, we sometimes tell our clients what they can do at home. HSTi is universal, and we hope that it will become widespread to the world.

【Backache after massage】 マッサージ後の腰痛

Ms. O in her 50's came to our place with her body stark and stiff.

"What happened? Did you strain your back?"
"I had a backache, so my husband did massage for me. Since he did massage on my left back with his leg, it's been funny. It was not that painful in the beginning, but the pain has become stronger, and now it is beyond tolerance."

Her husband always massages her body whenever her body, such as shoulder, back and leg, gets tired. She usually feels better afterward, but this time was different. Whenever she moves, sitting in a chair and getting on the bed, pain attacks her.

Originally the pain was only on left side of her back, but after a week, now all of her back was in strong pain.

From the pelvis and sacrum, left side was contorted. The sacrum was laterally contorted to the right side. The shoulder and back were very tense in order to balance out the whole body.

Since she was in such a strong pain, I applied ROLL to unwind, then worked on her left pelvis, and sacrum #2, which was causing a strong pain.

By the end of the session, the pain was eased, so that she could even smile.

"Oh, the pain is much better now, thank you so much!"

The massage resulted her in pain in her back. It is possible that by pressuring her back with his ankle, her back made larger contortions. Unfortunately the husband's kind intention did not relax her muscle, but made contortions of her skeletal structure.

When I was a little, I used to stand on my father's back or leg to massage. Thinking back that time now, I was too light to make contortions, and it was not helpinf my father's body at all.

Here are the suggestions I made to Ms. O
 - Massage should be done lightly just to relax muscle
 - Never push too hard
 - Never push where it hurts

"I was doing totally opposite thinking it would work. I will never do those again." says Ms. O.

She came again on the following day.
She still feels the pain, but not as strong, and there was a big improvement from yesterday.

The longer the time passes, the longer it will take to get better, because the area of pain and inflammation will expand over time.

If you feel something funny, please come and see us as soon as possible.
