【Lower Backache】腰痛

Ms. A’s lower back pain was caused by a bang on the nose.
 
Ms. A is a long term client of Center Core.
She has been feeling quite well and her『Graduation (Contortions and pain free body)』is only a few steps away…. but one day she banged her nose on a door very hard.

「I hurt my nose, and afterward my lower back started to hurt.  I feel maybe they are related.」
She told me while rubbing her back.

As everyone knows, nose is located in the middle of a face. It means contorted nose can cause the center line of skull contorted.

When skull has contortions, brother bones of skull on sacrum and rib also contort to keep balance of the entire skeletal structures.  Because of the nose contortion and other parts keeping balance, contortions appeared in the center line of skeletal structures. And they were causing pain on lower back, even lower part of spine.

When you start to get your skeletal structures treatment, after a while it may be surprising but you become sensitive to changes of your own body. It’s nothing bad at all. You can sense the change on your body especially after your body took some external shock.  And you will feel need of aligning, so it prevents from having further problems.

Even if her lower back was hurting, cause of the pain was nose and skull which directly received an external shock.  By aligning nose and skull contortions, sacrum and rib, which were contorted to keep balance of the skeletal structures, will come to stabilize.  And it eliminates the real cause of pain, and results in “a pain free body”.

After Ms. A’s treatment session,

「Yes, my body feels light!  And my head feels fresh, too.」

She was experiencing a relief of aligning.
