Pain Killer that she could not live without is no longer needed.
『My head and neck ache so much… and my back too.』
Ms. A in her 30’s said anxiously.
Starting eyes to back of her head, she feels like there is a band around and getting tightened. Also there is heaviness behind her eyes.

When the condition worsens, her neck, shoulders and back starts to ache, and she must take pain killers. This has been repeating over and over again.
Before her first appointment, I have asked her to remember and note her contusions, accidents and illness history.
* Fell off to lower level while in a walker as an infant
* Fell down on buttocks while playing with roller skates
* Fainted due to anemia and hit back of her head etc.
She had many contusions.
HSTi is a cause eliminating therapy.
I took time to search for causes of her headaches on her body. I checked contortions while she is standing, sitting and also laying on stomach, and applied “ROLL (HSTi original technique)” to her body. After “ROLL”, again I checked contortions on her entire body. Her torso had contortions and twists, but where contortions largely remaining was her skull.

It is quite possible, they are some contortions from the time of birth.
But contortions caused by repeated contusions, and the entire skeletal structures and skull were forced to keep the balance. This could be the reasons of her headaches.
Before starting the aligning session, it is common for almost all our clients to feel a bit up tight. We begin a treatment slowly by explaining a treatment plan and our original tools, etc, especially to someone like Ms. A who feels rather weary. So she can feel relaxed as much as possible.
Head….side skull bones aligning will gradually undo twists on her neck, upper back and lower back.
When her aligning session is completed, her pale face now has color and headache became less, and she feels better.
2nd aligning session the skull
3rd aligning session “ “
4th aligning session “ “

Gradually headaches disappeared a little at a time.
At 5th session, she told me that her head no longer ache and she stopped taking painkillers!
That is GREAT! We are so happy for you, Ms. A!
『Really! I was relying on medication and couldn’t think of not taking those tablets. It is so great!!』
This is quite possible only because HSTi is a “cause eliminating therapy” and not symptomatic therapy. Now she looks rosy cheeked and completely different from the time of her first visit. She has expressions on her face, too.
And… she has beautiful smiles.
This result is only possible upon client’s strong desire and conviction to get well.

Our three legged walk with our clients will keep going!
